Works well with surface tablet to write on pdf files or use to write to text. Being able to open one note from top button clicks is a nice addition to its functions.

Feels very similar to writing on normal paper if you get a screen cover with a matte finish. It is very accurate to make annotations on a PDF and other documents.

The software and drivers are preloaded in the Surface Pro 3. After I loaded the batteries and turned it on, it was ready to use. It draws a smooth line. I like the eraser feature.

I had gotten a Surface 3 for my birthday from my husband. Once when you start to use the screen you realize how messy it can get with smudges and fingerprints and what not. I decided that I should get the Surface Pen, since I know my husband will use the Surface as well as I will, and his fingers a larger than mine and I know he'll be hitting more than one spot on the screen. The Surface Pen has resolved the larger finger problem, along with keeping the screen cleaner with less smudges and finger prints on it. I also like how the pen has a Velcro stick on holder for it, so it shouldn't get lost. The pen also has a clip on the end like a ball point pen.

We had bought the Surface 3 and accompanying keyboard, but went back the next day to get the pen. After using the Surface, we thought that having the pen would enhance the experience - and it certainly does. You can accomplish so much more with the pen. Things like taking notes, editing and annotating documents, working on different applications like PowerPoint, the possibilities are endless. Surface 3 isn't complete without this, be it for a student, professional work, of even just personal. It recognizes hand writing and turns it into typed text, even! If you get it, look up different uses online, it can be very helpful. Highly recommended.

This stylus is perfect for every day user. I have yet to go beyond the basic tasks on my MS Surface Pro 3 but I sincerely believe it will suit me perfectly for all my uses.

This is much more precise then anything the iPad has to offer. It is a great addition for anyone who wants to draw or sketch on the surface.

Works well. Assists in usage however there is no attachment/storage for it when not in use except if it is stored in the tablet case

The precise nature of this stylus makes it usable as a writing tool. However, it works best with Microsoft products such as OneNote.

The Pen is great for school notes. It's very handy because there isn't much need for paper. It's much neater and the style of the pen gets a thumbs up

When I had my other tablet (Apple) I would use a regular paper tablet to take notes at meetings- not any more! I made the switch back to Microsoft.

I am happy with the oroduct except for the use if AAAAbatteries, which are sometimes difficult to find, and expensive

Bought this as a replacement and it's great. the directions for the battery are incorrect and you just have to flip it over to make it work.

I lost my first one, and had to buy another!! I couldn't stand not having it to use on my computer. Makes my work much easier! Love it!!

Great feel and very responsive. Minor issues with buttons getting stuck at times, but overall a good stylus.

Use with onenote is outstandjng. Makes taking notes a breeze. Electronically signing documents is a plus as well.

My husband uses his stylus pen on the job site. He is an electrician and it really helps showing the guys what they need to do.

Use to add or change diagrams and designs for work and love the one touch to open onenote and create notes or drawings very fast
