This is a great tablet. My only concern is that the price is really steep. It is versatile and transportable, however not practice for the average household income.

Great for college. Very portable, can be used as a tablet or as a laptop. Light weight. Touch screen is a plus! Comes with a pen! You can run up to three apps at once which helps when I want to take notes on the notepad while reading an ebook.

Great tablet, better than my old I-Pad. Very easy to use, love windows.

The Surface Pro 3 (SP3) is ideal if you are looking to update your current tablet or laptop/notebook. The processing power is great and allows multiple apps/programs to run without bogging down or freezing. Microsoft didn't pre-install a bunch of junk on the SP3 compared to many manufacturers. I also love the stylus. I use the Fresh Paint app, and highly recommend that everyone who buys the SP3 to give it a try, as well.

Convenient and so easy to begin using right away. I am a novice, but this product was just so simple to set up and use compared to my laptop. Also, the portability of this product makes it a valuable resource on trips. The only negative is that the keyboard is not included in the initial cost and must be purchased separately.

I bought this a a device that could perform as a laptop while being as slim and portable as a tablet and this hits both marks with ease. It runs Windows 8.1 effortlessly, has a great built-in kickstand, and the screen is gorgeous with a precise resolution. I love it!

Purchased this to use at work and for travel. It is extremely light and thin and is very easy to use. The display is great and everything just flows. No hiccups! Replaced table and laptop. Keep it up Microsoft!

My entire family all have Apple products but I'm the only one who does not like their layouts. Therefor Microsoft has always caught my eye. It's the best laptop/computer in 1. I use it on a daily basis and have recently updated to Windows 10 which I love. The weight is not bad, not to heavy where it's a hassle to carry around. Would definitely recommend this product to anyone who loves Microsoft.

This was for my GF for her birthday, she loved it, it works really well, as a tablet or a computer for light computer use. She was able to have recipes etc easily accessed and the Surface makes taking notes for school a breeze! She would literally come home from using it and have something else positive to say about its functionality. Too bad someone stole it but she is planning on purchasing a new one.

This has replaced my regular laptop that I had been using for the last two years. I wanted a touch screen device that can run specialized software written for my work. You can check email, play games, surf web, in a basic tablet from Apple. Only a surface pro device can handle work related software. Enough said.

I had bought one for myself just a month before and loved it so much I bought a second one for my girlfriend for her birthday. English is her second language, so the ease of switching it to Japanese was really a plus. The only issue I had with this purchase is that I didn't receive the Security Software that came with my previous purchase. The reason I was given was because it was out of stock at the location. I would have expected to have received it when it was back in stock, but I wasn't told this.

I am not a high tech person but after 8 years with my old MacBook it was finally time for a change. I couldn't upgrade the software anymore and couldn't access some sites. I looked at the new MacBook Air but it didn't WOW me. I tried out the Surface Pro and really loved it. I was up and running within about 10 minutes, transferred my files over from my MacBook and I haven't looked back. It is easy to use, it is fun to use, it looks super cool (with my purple keyboard). Took me about half an hour to get used to the keyboard which was a little smaller but I have no trouble using it now and I'm much more productive. It is much easier to take with me and it has a long battery. I would highly recommend to anyone.

The title says it all. I'm a big fan of Apple and Mac products and still use them, but this is better than an iPad or any other tablet I've used, and compares favorably to laptops. OneNote is pretty cool, too. MSFT has a winner with this product and Surface Pro 3 is the one to get. Much better than previous iterations. You should also get the keyboard or you will be back buying one later.
