Customers regard the Surface Pro 4's portability, keyboard quality, and lightweight design as significant advantages. Many appreciate its compact size and the included pen's functionality, along with the generally positive assessment of battery life and price. However, some users express concerns about the limited RAM and storage capacity. A few also mention heat generation as a potential drawback.

Thought I was getting the best of both worlds but it fell short. Not able to download all the apps that I'm using on my phone. And some drivers are not compatible on the Surface .

I love that it is part laptop/tablet but the screen decided my wall (65 degrees) was too cold and it cracked. Will be returning and purchasing something more durable.

Good price 599 for the bundle however for an m3 processor and for it to not even include office being a Microsoft product it is way over priced

Really Happy So Far!

I purchased this bundle about two weeks ago. So far I am extremely pleased.
Pros:
The core M3 is plenty fast enough for everything I am doing and the battery life is pretty good. The type cover is much better than I expected given its small and very thin form. I love the Alcantera. It gives the Surface pro 4 a high end look and feel. Microsoft has done a nice job designing a keyboard with great tactile feedback. It really is great to type on. The track pad is really smooth with excellent response as well. The display on this is beautiful! Accurate colors with fantastic detail.
Cons:
No major complaints but, users should be careful if they store the magnetic pen on the side of their surface 4. This bundle includes the type cover but not the pen so I purchased it separately. I've been using the magnet to keep it on the Surface and it has fallen off several times. It's easy to forget that it's supposed to be there and it can be knocked off rather easily. I've found it in my car seat, on the floor in my office and on the ground next to my car! I just bought a carry bag so now I store the pen in that....I would hate to lose a $60 pen!

I love the surface concept and tablet computers... not a fan of the M3 version that couldn't even keep up with simple typing with light use. I've returned this product for the i5 version: problem solved.

Bought for my boyfriend for Xmas, the only downside is that it does NOT come with a stylus. You'd think that for the amount they could throw in the pen, but if you upgrade to a higher level you get a free one. Seems inconsistent and silly!

This is a very expensive machine for note taking, because that's pretty much the only thing you can do with it. Piece of advice! Look for i5 core or better if you are looking for a laptop.

Great tablet. The only down side is that it over heats like crazy. I returned the first one I got thinking maybe I got a defective model but the new one also heats up. :( hopefully they fix that issue for the next model.
