I love the concept of the device and for what it is intended to be, it comes really close to perfection. However, random freezing and lag plague the device and ruins the experience. It's nice when it works...

I got this for $599 as a black friday promotion and I couldn't be happier. It's fast enough for what it needs to be, the screen is good and the battery is also lasting better than the i5 version (thanks to the fanless m3 processor), it came with the fancy keyboard that types (i feel personally) better than the other keyboards. Doesn't include the pen but that doesn't matter as I paid $450 less than I should have for it. Wonderful!

The Surface is probably a good buy for a non Apple user. I found it to be too time consuming to learn. I took mine back and purchased an IPad Pro.

this is the worst computer I have ever had. I have had it into the geek squad twice to fix unwarranted lockups. I am not a computer nerd and maybe that is who this thing is made for. however the cheap keyboard will disappoint anyone who uses it.

Bought it at very good price last thanksgiving. Very promising screen and look but died on me in less than an hour of use. Cant switch it on again. Had to return. Maybe one of those manufacturers defects.

Came with a lockerkey code already set and disabled the surface and I had to return the product. No one could help me with the problem.

Love my Surface Pro 4 and the TV. I've never purchased anything that I wasn't happy with. Always get good customer service even when you are busy.

Battery problem it is keep working PC no more than 2 hours , just surfing in the internet nothing heavy.

this processor is not great. the color on the screen sucks. you get what you pay for.

DO NOT SNOOZE ON THIS DEAL! Got this way under retail price. I've been keeping an eye out for this for a few months, but the price was my set back. However, when BB dropped this for pre Black Friday I jumped on it in seconds. This isn't for me, but I know the receiver of this amazing gift will love it. We've played with it at the MS store, but the price was the killer part of it. You cannot go wrong at this price (599)!

I've had a few of these (i5 & Core M3) when they where 1st available with mixed results. Bluetooth connection issues, WifFi issues, Dock issues & the notorious "not waking from sleep" problems. Ended up either returning or selling them. All these problems are completely gone with this later edition of the SP4 .This later version is a keeper. Absolutely no issue within the week that I've been using it. This sucker runs absolutely perfect and I'm running two (2) 2k monitors without a hitch all day long.. I'm even using a bluetooth Apple keyboard with my SP$ work station and it wakes my SP4 up every time !! I cannot wait for the SP5 but I'll tell you this Core M3 with no fan is plenty powerful.

Great laptop that can turn into a tablet when I need it to.

I bought this for my dad after I already had a Pro surface 3 for myself. I was worried the i3 processor would be to slow but this Surface Pro 4 impressed me. I also liked the keyboard not being all plastic, the only downside is you do not get a pen with the bundle I bought. Overall for the basic user this unit can act as your replacement PC and a tablet.

I knew what to expect from the computer since I already own a Surface Pro 3, but i was extremely pleased with the quality of the keyboard. I am sure my 14 year old grandson will have a very merry holiday.

The core m3, surprisingly, is fast enough for almost any student, outside of graphic design. No need to pay more for i5, or i7.

After purchasing the Surface Pro 4 a few weeks ago and using it as my main device, I was so impressed with it, I decided to get one for my partner for Xmas! I am positive he will be thrilled to get his own Surface Pro 4! Excellent product @ an excellent price. Thanks again Best Buy for bringing the bundle back just in time for Xmas 2016!

Great value. Setup was easy. Three BB employees told me that the Surface was out of stock on Tgiving. Was just wandering around when another sales person asked if I needed anything. He found 2 of the Surface Pro 4, made sure they were clear to sell and sold me and another customer. Was an early adopter of Surface RT. What a difference!

Greatest deal ever from Bestbuy $599 with keyboard for micro soft surface pro 4 with keyboard, again it is $599, for 128GB version. I can't say than thing then THANKS BESTBUY.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift during this year's BF sales. However in my rush to purchase it before it sold out, I forgot to include the stylus pen at the $20 discount amount. I was told by Best Buy customer services personnel that the only way to get the discount amount was to purchase another surface pro 4 bundle. Fortunately, I was able to purchase the stylus pen at another retailer for a discounted amount. I will have to starting looking at other retailers for buying electronic items this holiday season and in the foreseeable future.
