Great tablet/laptop for my daughter in university

Really fast, crazy light and she loves it!

I use it for my computer science classes and I am able to download an run heavy programs! It also has amazing graphics and is able to run video games at high fps. So amazing!

It is super fast and I love being able to use it as a tablet but also have access to pc games and apps. It is super portable too! You can bring it anywhere! My favorite laptop to date!

Great all round computer...even faster than my mac

With that being said I recommend buying the top of the line processor, highest RAM and MEM. As well as purchasing a 1T micro SD card. With all of that I paid around $1700 and it’s LIGHTING FAST!!

The screen resolution is great. Switching between tablet mode and keyboard mode is easy. Love the touch screen.

I strictly use it for Solidworks, and it runs well and fast and is very portable to those design sessions at the beach. Highly recommended.

I looked at other 2 in 1's and while the price for those was better, the size and power was better in the Surface Pro. I am not a fan of the matte black finish as it shows fingerprints and scratches easier. I like the USB-C, but there is a bit of a delay when connecting it to a TV via a USC-C to HDMI adapter. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.

My last was a Surface Pro 3 purchased in 2014. It was used every day for work and was great to bring back and forth between both offices and then take it home. Given the age of the computer it was time to refresh and so I knew exactly what I was going to get. So far same quality.

Conversion to Windows 10 make the Surfaces a huge upgrade. So much faster. Use it with the Microsoft docking station as I have dual montitors. Can take the Surfaces with me and remote in from anywhere to work which was extremely cumbersome with my iPad as the system is run off of Citrix.

Faster than my MacBook
