Taking it in to either be replaced or fixed. I have never had a computer just not work without something happening. Not too satisfied as this is a major inconvenience to have to replace or fix my device!

Random shutdown and overheating

The device shutdowns randomly without any reason and showing any error. The pad needs to hookup up with the power cable to prevent the shutdown. The device becomes hot after a few hours of use. Both the screen and the bottom are too hot to handle.

Can definitely tell the difference, but wish the re-design was already here. These specs in the Pro X would be a game changer. Solid machine tho

Screen Shake / Flicker Issue

After 3 years and 8 months, the screen starts flickering / shaking when the device is on for over 30 minutes. The back of the device is very warm as well. Microsoft acknowledged the problem but set a 3 year limit after purchase date to repair / replace devices. Microsoft should stand behind their products when there is an issue caused by poor design and manufacturing.
