Customer Ratings & Reviews

Awesome pen, connected easy and works great. Quality pen fir the money too.

Works as described, perfect with the Surface Studio. Setup was simple!

Best pen Microsoft has delivered thus far... the response to the surface pro with this pen rivals that of the apple pen. Great for writing notes, doodling, or design. ease of use creates the feel of a real pen to paper. The wireless charging an no need to change batteries is a real plus with this pen.

I like how slim and sleek this new 2nd edition of the stylus is. Looks very nice and fits well in the new "hidden" storage spot on the keyboard which I am grateful to have to help me not lose it as easily.

Wish is came with charger. But work really well with the surface pro 7.

The pen works great however some of the software support is limited (aka apps not made to work well with pen apps) Also watch out to may the keyboard with the pen charger if your not buying the surface 12 witch bad a built in charger. If you do buy the pen alone and don't buy the charging keyboard you won't have a way to charge unless you buy the charger from Microsoft store.

Amazingly beautiful device. its perfect for the surface studio laptop. It fits very well right under the front lip and charges there.

This thing is great! Feels super light and drawing with it is amazingly smooth! Battery lasts for quite a while too and combined with the charging accessory it's a 2D animator/Storyboard artists best friend!

This pen is so responsive and easy to use. I really like using it for taking notes on OneNote for school and scribbling on slides for review and studying. I also like to dabble with digital art and I'm so impressed with how versatile and precise it is.

Works very well with the Microsoft Surface Pro 9. Fits neatly in the slot of the keyboard.

Very precise and well balance, feels natural in your hand and handles very well

Absolutely love this pen! Works perfectly and makes things so much easier!

So much improved over previous generation. This thing feels great in the hands! Lightweight, accurate and excellent functionality!

I'm not very picky about pens for tablets. It is easy to use and works as intended. It is thinner/flatter compared to other pens. Overall, it works as it should and gets the job done. If you are someone whole uses these types of pens often, you may not like the design as much. But for simple uses (like signing e-documents), its pefectly fine.

Bought my daughter in college, a laptop/ tablet. Then a new keyboard to go with it, along with this pen. She is absolutely beyond happy with all her new items to help her do her assignments & take her finals on. Got all 3 items on sale, which was great, good quality purchases & these 3 items should last her thru 2 more years of college & then grad school!! Yay!!

I purchased the pen in good faith after research and asking the Best Buy (BB) chat about compatibility to my SP 7. It was established it was, but MSFT and/or BB made no effort to disclose that a seperate charger would be required for SP prior to 8. They just list them all as the same in the product specs. Another $35 is one thing, but now i have to reorder and all that goes along with that. I hope my opinion changes once I get operational with it, but right now we are getting off to a bad start. How Ironic, BB is quick to suggest other items to purchase with something, but they too, like MSFT, fail to tell you what you MUST have. I would have thought better. Consumer's wasted time mean nothing to MSFT.

I loved this pen dearly! It gets rid of all the jitter issues from previous Surface Pens like the Surface Pen 2, which means drawing perfectly straight lines with the pen is now really consistent. This product is as incredible easy to use and is pretty close to plug and play in functionality which means you can get to using it really quickly. I have yet to come into a single issue with this product and is a no brainer to buy if you have a Surface that supports it!

This new Surface Slim pen 2 works perfectly with all my needs. It is a gem.

Great intuitive use of a stylus. I like the click of the eraser and that you can use the eraser like an eraser on the screen. If you like to take notes or be artistic with your surface pro, this would be a must have.

As advertised and would definitely recommend!!!!!!!
