I prefer the darker color over white, and I needed an additional controller, so I picked this one. The price is high, but it does work like expected.

Having not to worry about wires while you play is a great thing. Just plug it in when you are done and it will be ready for the next time you want to game.

His original Xbox One controller was on its last leg and needed replaced. I had a white controller that came with my Xbox One S and we found that this gray one was exactly like it in terms of feel and texture. This controller looks cool and was only like $5 more than the standard controller. Custom look without having to shell out for a custom controller.

To say the least he has had nothing but great things to say about the controller. He has stated that it fits better in his hand, better grips and more precise control unlike the controller that came with the XBox 1. He also loved the color and thought I was the best for customizing it (I didnt it came that way) Was very pleased with delivery since it arrived days earlier than scheduled date. Way 2 go Best Buy!
