It’s good, I mean you can practically play almost any game at 120 fps which you couldn’t do consistently with the other models. It does still download games slow but the main problem is the internet usage when downloading a game. I downloaded 3 games and my 1tb of wifi per month was already at 75% use 10 days into the month. Also the storage fills up to the max with like 6 games

    Regret purchasing my xbox

Bought it as an add to the PS5 for Bethesda Starfield. Picked up 2 elite controllers and a starfield magnetic wrap for the unit. Bought gamepass...everything. The game sucked, games coming out aren't on Xbox, exclusives are in short supy and Microsoft cares only to get your money from those subscribers now it just sits. I play my PS5 and it's a real gaming console. From navigation to quality of content, it's my goto console. Both suffer from DEI/IDEB infections but those are developers. Sony fumbled with many games. Feels like the days of consoles and good games are in their sunset. Bethesda ruined exclusives and Microsoft ruined console gaming.

Product was great. Did one hour pick up and my item wasnt ready until noon the next day. Customer service and store layout have become very poor since theyve moved primarily into online purchasing. Basically a glorified warehouse with displays now. Series x is pretty much a super fancy and expensive xbox one but thats a microsoft problem.

XSX is a copy/paste with ZERO Innovation

Decent hardware that feels nothing like joy of getting a next generation console. Nothing says “congrats on getting you new Xbox One X with an SSD inside”, like the new Series X... It’s actually quite a let down... not because there are bugs... quite the opposite. It’s a very great UI with virtually no issues... you want to know why??? Because literally nothing changed. It’s almost like Microsoft’s Series X creative team just stopped meeting a year before the pandemic even started. I cannot count on one hand the amount of unique innovations that Microsoft did with this console... yes the specs are great a gaming console is not just specs. If we cared only about specs, we would all be PC gamers. Everyone defaults to compare Xbox to PlayStation but this time there is no comparison... the ps5 just literally obliterated the Xbox by a long shot. Not only was the console just a copy/paste, but even worse, there literally no day 1 exclusives and the lineup continues to disappoint after 6+ months into the launch. Yikes.... buy a ps5 or just wait for Halo if you must have an Xbox

Coming from PlayStation I have to say that Xbox series x is a powerhouse. I have a whole backlog library to catch up! Only 3 stars cause bestbuy wouldn’t let me add a protection plan online nor at the store. Nobody knows why they can’t add it.

    Controller damaged

So I was doing a live opening recording my experience. When I get to the controller, it's damaged with a scratched up x box button. The X, Y and B buttons are faded and dinged up as if the controller was used already. Also tons of white dust stuck in all the cracks of buttons. Microsoft wants me to send it in for replacement but that's no fair, I don't want to wait 2+ weeks for another controller that should've been new to begin with. I will not purchase another controller just because I received a defective/damaged product. Ruined my experience. I purchased new so me expecting a brand new item is fair.

Awesome new model, haven't gotten to play it much though. I disconnected my controller and when I tried reconnecting it, I found the sync button on the Xbox didn't work. I'm currently trying to figure out what to do about this.

The backwards compatibility is nice but there needs to be more exclusive games. I got the system for $400 and a $50 gift card included for free but I only play old games on it.

I’m write this review because I really enjoy the Xbox series x. The great graphic and load times. But I have given it a 3/5 stars because It just started kicking me out of games. I can’t even run a full match of Cold War. I don’t know if it’s the Xbox it self or my WiFi but I can run other games with out it kicking me out. If anyone knows why pls respond to this!!!

Bought bundle deal that included halo infinite but game won’t be released till end of 2021. That is my only complaint. Would have been nice to have game available in bundle that could be played same day I picked up console.

I bought this for my son and he likes it for the most part. Sometimes it doesn’t read his discs and will throw some kind of error code. I was a little disappointed that it doesn’t come with a rechargeable controller. Xbox seem to be a little behind the curve on that. There are not a whole lot of differences between his old Xbox One and the Xbox X as far as software. At the end of the day, he likes it and that’s all that matters

Xbox Series X - 24mo Xbox Game Pass Ultimate

The system works great as far as speed and graphics However, it was touted to be a backwards-compatible device, which for the most part it is not. There are only a handful of games from the Xbox 360 and Original Xbox that can be used with this, which is very disheartening. Also, the only way I was able to get the device (due to lack of stock) was buy financing it with the Microsoft - 24mo Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership combo, which should be able to be done using a BestBuy card instead of having to take out another line of credit. While the Game Pass is fine, it does not have the greatest library of games to play (Goat Simulator is entertaining for about 30 minutes).

The Series X is definitely a step-up to the Xbox one, but compared to the Xbox one X, it feels like you're just wasting your money. Next-gen console have a lot to live up to nowadays with their price ranges becoming steeper and steeper with little improvements to offer. Now the graphics are certainly an excellent improvement with the 4k and the quick resume option is phenomenal. But other than those two I definitely don't feel like I am getting my money's worth. With 2 years into this generation, both the Series X and Ps5 have little to offer in terms of big hit games. Overall, if you still have an original Xbox one and are looking to upgrade, I think you are better off just giving it a go.
