Excellent audio quality once you EQ them using the (paid) Dolby app. Otherwise they sound quite flat. Even so, the mic quality is horrible and there’s no way to fix it. Like other reviews, my friends can’t really hear me because the mic is too low or sounds muffled. It makes this headset pretty useless for its intended purpose. Microsoft needs to address this either with a mic gain adjustment slider (like PS5 has) or just recall them. To make sure mine wasn’t defective, I actually exchanged it for another one and it’s exactly the same. My friends can’t hear me well.

Love them they are great head phones I use them all the time and they do not have to be charged!

For the price point they work fairly good, to me after a long play session they tend to get a bit uncomfortable.

Works great with our xbox one. I would reccomemd to anyone using these for an xbox.

Great headphones but stopped working in less than 30 days!

For the price i thought it would be decent, maybe not great but at least decent. What i got was a semi comfortable headset with absolutely awful sound quality, its to quiet unless you turn up the volume but turn it up more then halfway and the sound quality is awful. I am going to look into other wired options

They sound amazing cups are big enough so that both of my ear fit and aren’t getting squished!

The wireless version of this is very comfortable but lacks when it comes to sound (in my opinion)

Great headset a must have for xbox if wired is okay

I bought the wireless version and decided to return it after not having the option to plug a 3.5 cable if you want to use it wire and decided to try this for my surprise you cannot on hook the cable to replace if it gets damage Microsoft doesn't seem to find a middle ground with this bad headsets...

I was looking for a good set of Xbox specific headphones and purchased these due to price, and a set of Arctis Nova 1s for my PS5. The Arctis have been great and lasted through MANY hours of gaming, while these Microsoft headphones completed fell apart and the coating on the ear foam rotted off. It's actually pretty disgusting.

xbox needs make headsets that actually work and be able to send message to other gamers I gone through a lot headset xbox this getting ridiculous you need make better headsets
