Good controller
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Lasted a while, but eventually had really bad stick drift that couldn’t get fixed. Loved the color scheme, but the grey is definitely lighter than in the picture.

2 years or so?
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this replacement controller as my old one had some stick drift. This is the standard Xbox one controller...no fancy trigger pulls, no pressure sensitivity settings, no claw grip levers to yank on. Just good ol’ fashioned x/y/a/b/lt/rt/lb/rb/square x 2/line x 3...works great as it is still fresh out of the box with no signs of being a “lemon” so far. Try not to be too much of a “sweaty” and take care of the controller and it should last quite a while (my average is two years)...if you’re a bumper jumper, take care of that left bumper as it will save your life one day in the virtual world, or real world as well? (Not sure where that came from). Maybe learn to slide more in game...only downside to this purchase was that after I bought it, I saw it on sale at Best Buy for cheaper than what I got it for. Otherwise decent Microsoft product that will no doubt one day breakdown under normal wear & year circumstances. If you know this and abide by the rules of electronics then this will be a no-brainer and guilt free purchase.

Great color
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great controllers, you can get a great deal on them around the holidays. After a while unfortunately a lot of play wears these down and you’ll get “stick drift” look into geek squad protection if available.

Great looking controller
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this controller for my nephew and he loves it. Very nice color and looks cool. Good quality like the other Xbox controllers this one just looks fancier. Haven’t had any issues with sticks drifting or connecting like other reviews.

Looks great works better.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Son loves this controller. This has become his go to controller! He has four or five controllers and this is his favorite. I did not realize that some controllers impact volume as well as can have sticking issues. He says this controller is perfect. It works flawlessly with his headset as well as moves when it is supposed to.

Reliable.
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this controller. Prefer it over my other controllers because of it's neutral color. Have yet to have any issues with this controller. I game for at least 4 hours a day. Thumb sticks are starting to wear from the use but they're still perfectly usable. No stick drift or delay.

Xbox One Controller
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought while on sale. So far no problems. Would have liked to get the sport red wireless controller with the rubberized back portion on the palm grips but they didn't have it in stock at time of my purchase. So far the sticks don't have a drift but I purchased the warranty plan if anything were to happen.

Great value
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve owned many of these. The back buttons are usually the first to give out. The plastic literally breaks (it may be just me, I tend to push them in hard when moments get intense. YMMV) good news is it’s fixable if you don’t want to mess with warranty. Take screws out, open up the controller, and look at the back. You should see where the plastic broke. Get some super glue and put it back in place. If done correctly should work just fine for a while after that as long as you try to go easy on those buttons. Other thing is sometimes stick drift kicks in pretty soon (2 weeks) or a few months. Just depends on how lucky you are. I think that applies to most other controllers unfortunately regardless of brand. If you’re looking for a very cheap elite alternative and only need 2 paddle buttons this is an unbeatable value, even if you plan on them breaking down every few months. The buttons do not feel as pleasing as the Microsoft brand controllers but you get used to it and they function just the same.

Spare controller
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this as a spare works great no complaints it gets used on a daily basis. Still holding up pretty good actually better than my elite series 2 which developed stick drift in 11 months

Controller
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great controller from heavy use, one downside I did come across was stick drift but I’ve used this controller really heavily and 6 months in the problem had happened. Overall it’s a great controller

Nothing beats the original
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Xbox makes some pretty ergonomic controllers to start with. Having said that, they do suffer some breakdowns with normal to light use. The sticks always seem to lose their resiliency and become very loose. Sometimes with hands off of the controller, I will notice the left stick stays activated as of someone is pushing it slightly to the left. This controller has been great so far after a few months but time will tell.

Xbox controller

It works sometimes
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review."They don't make em like they used to." I owned a total of ONE 360 controller and it did fine. Im currently ordering my FORTH One controller. Stick failure and a broken trigger in the first two, the original black ones. I had higher hopes for this one but stick drift after only having it a couple of months. It's ridiculous there's no more quality in official Microsoft products than this. I'd shell out for the Elite controller and come out ahead on money but from what I gear they eventually break down as well.

Does the job
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Standard new Xbox controller. So far everything works well. The original controller lasted ~5 years before the sticks wore out and started floating/drifting, so hopefully this one will have the same life. It was a bit more than I would’ve liked to pay for a console that will be a generation behind in a few months, but it seems to be the going rate right now.

The original!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After seeing all the color variations of all the xbone controllers and seeing all the negative reviews about those controllers, I went with the original black/white controller design. Not having to worry about the paint job peeling off, or the stick having a drift issue, this is the controller you want. Have had it for about a month and it's holding up quite well.
