The team was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. The kit was complicated because they were working on a space installed 25 years ago. The new microwave and trim kit fit perfectly.

Too small to cover cabinet space. But installation was fine.

The product is well-made (real stainless steel) and good looking. Installation required a lot of preparation of the cabinet opening. Once installed, it looks great.

The trip does not look bad when installed but not great either. The trims are hollow on the sides and doesn't look sturdy. Unfortunately there are many options out there for over the counter microwaves that you want to give a built-in look.

The overall process was very good. The installer knew exactly what to do and was very helpful! He was very good with kit design and modifications.

Microwave trim installation was spot on, our installer was fantastic and we were super happy that Jonny at Pacific Sales lined up a certified Wolf Appliance installer for us to insure proper installation of our entire kitchen.

The installation kit was installed by Best Buy without any problems. The microwave area now looks like new. I an extremely satisfied with the new microwave and the Best Buy installers.

Delivery and install were excellent once the product arrived in the Gainesville store.

The Installation was great however the trim kit has a dent in it so it does not appear to be new. This was pointed out by the installer. I called customer Service to find out if I could exchange. I was told that this trim kit was on back order with no expected date of availability, but would be called if and when it is available. I am very disappointed because our kitchen was renovated completely in December 2020 with ALL NEW appliances purchased from Best Buy and the microwave does not look new.

The geek squad is so knowledgeable polite he gets done arrives on time so easy to deal with no matter what they’re putting together for you.

The installation team was awesome. The trim kit was installed as expected and there have been no problems since installation. Highly recommend this team for any of these installations.

He was gentle,polite and wore a mask and shoes covers. After finished cleaned all boxes. Installed professionally. Generally good.

Took 3 weeks to get trim kit installed. Installers came 3 time to install trim kit but couldn’t because trim kit was not delivered when promised. As a member called total tech numerous times and each time was told trim kit would be delivered before installers arrived. This never happened and I was even sent text messages that trim kit would arrive same day waited for trim kit and never showed. Since total tech did not seem to be able to give accurate information I had to go to the store and speak to the manager. Only then did trim kit arrive 1/2 hour after installers arrived. Installers were professional and even waited for trim kit.
