The game fails to load fully or crashes just after load due to NVidia/Game compatibility issue. I opened a ticket with NVidia and WB Games. NOTHING. Look it up online (which I should have done before buying) Tons of people are having this issue and silence from the game manufacturer and NVidia. $60+tax, may as well have burned my money for all the good it did me.

bought the game on black friday for cheap, really cool story where it sorta ties into the prequal to lord of the rings about the ringmakers and mordor. the nemesis system with the enemy army keeps it fresh when you are exploring the world. took about 25 hours to beat and getting all collectibles and maxing out skills.

I pre-ordered the game in July and I counted down the days. Finally it was released and I was super excited. It got here in a couple of days after the release and when it arrived I opened the package. Instantly I went to the system requirements to check to see if the game might run on my PC. I was really disappointed when I checked the back of the game. The processor that it needed to run was a Intel Core i5 and I only had a Pentium 4. So I set it in with my other games, still in the original packaging, and wrote it off as an waste of money. Well a day later my brother convinced me to try it. So I installed it and was seriously surprised when it ran pretty smoothly. I had a NVidia Geforce graphics card in my rig, but I didn't really expect it to help very much. Anyway. I set the graphics to medium and tried to play it. It ran nicely, a little lag every once in a while but nothing to extreme. I just beat the game on a new computer I got that still only has a Intel Core 2 Duo, but it runs even better than before. So I want to encourage anyone who thinks this won't run on their comp because I thought the same thing and I love the game!

This has to be the game of the year for me so far. It has a great feel and excellent controls. The visuals are very nice, especially on PC. And i can't think of a single negative thing to say.

    Outstanding good fun

My initial impression of the game play is that the developers took some of the favorite elements of Assassins Creed, Far Cry, Dishonored and a few others and incorporated them into this game. The result is spectacular fun. A game where side missions actually mean something and are of great benefit. I was actually ready to finish the game a few weeks before I did but I wanted to keep playing. My one disappointment was that the End Game was ridiculously easy.

I liked this game so much I traded in my ps4 copy and bought it on PC. The nemesis system is innovative and is the game within the game. One of my favorites of 2014 and a must play.

Not up to par for 2015

I bought this with my rewards points. Even being a year old, I would have figured the graphics quality would be great for a windows PC. It was not at all that great. It was very generic for any PC game today. Poor movement controls, turning and climbing and using the spacebar to avoid hits and dodging.. Third person point of view was too close to character to see anything in front of your character. There is no first person view in this game. So, the character will be in the way a lot of times. At times you get overwhelmed by mobs of Wargs and Uruks, dying alot or trying to run away. Gameplay was horrible. Way too many cutscenes during missions and loading. Very worse con of all, you have to have a Steam account to play this game on a Windows PC. Which this information is nowere to be found on Bestbuy.com about that. So buying it from there website, I was unaware of this key piece of information. Games should not require third party software to be installed to play. If so, they need to be placed in the information section.

Overall the game looks great and plays great yet I get no sound during game play. Will give benefit of doubt on update. All drivers etc. are updated on my end so I will wait and see. It is an excellent game though.

So i pre-order the game, had been counting down the days then when i go in get my copy of the game the code dosn't work for me. I take it in with my laptop to make sure its not me. And they can't get it to work as well. They didn't have any other copy's so i could drive 20 min further away to get or get a refund. i had now spend over 1 1/2 hours trying to get this game to download. I had to work soon, so i just got a refund and got it from another game provider. BUUTTT since its not a pre-oder i lost all the pre-order in game items was going to have. Needless to say, i will most likely never pre-order a game from Best-Buy again. On the up side the customer severs was very good
