Good for our use

Works great for that use, clear sound and no static or interference from our diesel truck. Thus so far we've only used them at a max of about 75'.

Posted .Sounds like you might have an issue with the batteries and not the radio. Please give Midland customer service a call at 816-241-8500 M-F 8am-4:30pm CT and we will send you new batteries.
