    I've been playing the game and it is not as bad as everyone says, if You are a classic gamer then You'll love it ... If You are one of those who are expecting a 20 hrs campaign then it is not for You... The game is tough just like the old days and it has a lot in common with mega man.

    I haven't played it very much because it's not my favorite game style. However, it does as advertised and is a nice throwback to the old Mega Man and Mario Bros days in a higher resolution package. Worth the <$10 I paid for it.

    Fun game for a few hours... very repetitive though and no real story to care about.... it's mega man without mega man and without a plot. Graphics are good game play is decent gets pretty repetitive.

    Mighty No. 9 was supposed to be the spiritual successor to the legendary Mega Man series of games. Even w/the most notable of Mega Man developers at the helm, Keji Inafune, this game sadly falls short. It's full of some good ideas, but disappoints gameplay wise, graphically, and in just general fun. The game has its moments, but when you're expecting so much more even a incredibly average game really feels like a let down. Hopefully Inafune gets a chance to do a tribute to the Blue Bomber right the next time.

    Don't let the one star reviews fool you. This game is a classic console side scrolling shooter. It's essentially Mega Man and with it being on clearance, it's a steal of a deal.
