Action at it finest

The dialogue sometimes seems like it's more from a Scary Movie version of an action film than a smart, tight thriller, but I have to say — I love this movie. I really appreciated Mark Wahlberg and Peter Berg's work on Lone Survivor, Deepwater Horizon and Patriots Day and this kind of felt like the two men keep the same messaging and sensibilities, but letting their hair down. I guess I let my hair down too because I loved all that was good and all that was bad about this movie. If you're a sucker for action movies, this packs all of the cliches, but they all seem to be done with love and there is some genuinely interesting stuff here. The movie's head and heart are in the right place and I'd love to see sequels. Bring 'em
