The first coffee maker we purchased at best buy leaked coffee and water after only a few uses. I called best buy they sent us a new one out in just a couple days, the new one works just fine. We were impressed how quick our new maker came. What a difference in the two makers.

This is my favorite Coffee Maker of all time. It lasts about 2 years, before it starts to degrade; however it makes the best cup of coffee. Plus it grinds beans!

It was okay. Cleaning the coffee maker out became a task. But not a bad buy

I even enjoyed the awesome "Swipe a Cup" 20 second delay feature! This coffeemaker has what it takes for the bean brew you thought you had to leave the comfort of your home or office for, incredible.

So far I like it, have not used the bean grinder yet but will that is why I purchased this model

Makes good coffee, just took a bit of experimenting.

We actually bought the exact same kind because we really liked the one we had. It was just starting to finally get gunked up a little bit from all the coffee(I think he didn’t clean it out properly). My husband really likes the fact that you can grind the coffee right there on the coffee maker. He likes that he can start a pot, and then fill his glass, and then leave it to finish. It doesn’t take up much space.

For someone who doesn't want to spend hundreds of dollars on a combination grind and brew coffee machine, this Black & Decker is the one to try. This is my 2nd one since I liked the first one so much until it did not survive a fall from a cabinet shelf. You can't beat the price and I've experienced no problems in its operation.

It fits our needs well, even though we don't know how well it will last. The quality seems a little suspect, but it has been working very well. The price was definitely right.

Great coffee maker, very convenient to use. Only drawback is that the permanent filter is a pain to clean

Grind and brew function works great. I take the time to ensure that I clean the permanent filter after use and have had no problems.

You can go to a store and buy the latest greatest out there but I have found it is best to go with a name you can trust. Black and Decker has always been a tried and true product and this one has not let me down. Nothing fancy but it does its job very well.

We love our beans ground automatically when we brew coffee. It is hard to find a coffee maker with this option these days. It is easy to program, easy to clean and use. We love it! And we are AVID coffee drinkers.

This machine is very simple to operate, cleaning and sanitizing.

I really like this machine, my only gripe is it is impossible to get a replacement carafe (it break easily). It makes a consistent pot of coffee. Last time I broke the carafe, I bought another machine and am keeping it as back-up for when it decides to die on me.
