Bought this product to help me strengthen my shoulder due to a surgery was not what I was looking for product did look durable and sturdy just not the length that I needed I'm over 6 foot tall so it was too small for what I needed it. I did return to store and ordered one that might be correct this product looks like it'd be great for upper back exercise.
