The Mind Reader exercise band is of good quality and purchased at a good price. I find the band pull from side to side is ok but would be excellence if it was a shorter length, otherwise it is great. I use it for extensions for my back by gripping with one hand over shoulder and the other behind the back. Holding one hand on each handle, I pull up and pull down down which gives the arms and the back a good stretch.

Fabulous! Very easy to use; and very effective. The handles are strong, yet very comfortable to use in all of the various exercises. A definite consideration for anyone... and especially for we more "experienced" folks... ie: older.

It is a good one to keep near the working desk. This is how use it to stretch in between while sitting on my working chair.
