I bought these primarily to do some exercises for my shoulders. I loop one end on a doorknob and it works well for shoulder rotation exercises. They seem cheaply made, but are holding up well so far. I have seen these cheaper - not the same brand - on other sites, but I can't complain as they weren't very expensive anyway when I bought them on a Deal of the Day sale.

These are multiple strength bands which help you build up strength in your arms and upper body gradually. The black one is max strength--we had to start with ones much lower resistance. For something I thought might not work I am totally surprised and satisfied. A "Best Buy" price is an added bonus.

Great for home workouts, specially for those avoiding pubic gyms. The different weight ones are really nice and one can feel the change in effort required. The price point was also much better than some of the others I had seen
