Horrible experience. Bought in store and on the card, it says activation code is on receipt. (We have used these a lot and are familiar). Where the code is normally located, it said, see email. Since we were not asked for an email, I found it odd, so I asked the clerk. She said to give it 5-7 days and check the email my Best Buy Account was tied to. I knew this sounded odd, but waited. No email. The store kindly exchanged the card...same issue. They made an exception for refund and pulled the remaining cards from the shelf. Not Best Buys fault, but the product itself never worked as expected...never got a code.
