Didn't get a chance to really use this so my experience is just with the size of it. It is very large and takes up most of the depth of a standard countertop. Show stopper for my wife. Had to return. It looks like a quality oven.

We bought this mini oven a couple years ago. We were forced to buy another as the original one just stopped working. Frigidaire refused to help as we were over the 12 months warranty. They therefore told us we'd need a new one. My wife wanted the same one so I bought it again. We hardly use ours and it blew at 3 years of use. I hope this one lasts longer..

The toaster oven did not reach temperatures. It was unreliable.

I'd buy this machine for the original price and still be more than happy. When you hit it on sale, it's a value beyond belief. As a couple we've used baker ovens for year from breakfast through dinner. Why heat up the entire house for a dinner that can easily fit in an oversized baker oven? Four years ago I went into a $100 baker oven and learned bigger is better but the convection feature on our last oven only burned things and wasn't what I'd call safe. This is a SAFE machine! When you slide out the tray, there's a little metal piece that prevents the tray from falling out and falling on your lap or floor. I'm in a wheelchair so I love that feature. There's also a thick black base so you can put it on anything without worryig about burning the counter or surface. I like things being safe - don't you? Machine looks darn sharp and cooks anything perfectly. I'm just blown away. By the way Best Buy even carried it to my handicap van without me ever asking. They couldn't have been nicer like always. No wonder they keep getting my business. I wish all stores treated their customers with such kindness.
