Did not put the camera were I wanted they said the wire is not long as the wires was 100 ft long. The should be at my home at 7.00am they come at 2.00pm

The GeekSquad team that came to install my security cameras were not professional whatsoever as their work does not reflect the high cost they charged me. Would not recommend!

Still doesnt work right. I have spent too much money on the cameras. I think I was mischarged. I also paid for total tech support but don't think it saved me anything. To date, still having trouble and system does not work right

After a month and product still doesn't work, time to wash my hands.

Night vision not working on 3 cameras and FINALLY got GEEK SQUAD to come back and check the wiring -which they really didn't do. They stayed maybe 20 min. just to switch the plugs and tell me if that didn't work I need to contact SWANN
Security cameras are becoming quite common, and having night vision functioning on them would be extremely important. I am sorry to hear you are having issues with the equipment.
