An ambitious lawyer (Josh Duhamel) lands in hot water when he takes on a case against the corrupt executive (Anthony Hopkins) of a pharmaceutical company.

Very entertaining movie about greed and power and deception. Actor Duhamel tries to do class action law suit against Anthony Hopkins owner of large pharmaceutical firm and his boss Al Pacino who works for Hopkins kinda goes along with lawsuit. Hopkins wife who gave info to Duhamel is found dead and in a twist Hopkins works a deal with Pacino to settle lawsuit. Then the wife’s body turns up at Duhamel’s house with his wife and himself confronting a hit man. He finds out Pacino was in the pocket of Hopkins and when police come to arrest Pacino he gets police gun and kills himself

The overall story and script was about average as far as legal dramas go but Al Pacino and Anthony Hopkins made it more entertaining. The plot twists were too predictable or underwhelming. The characters were put into situations that were not exactly believable. I liked the setting of Louisiana since it played a part in the story as far as legal repercussions for the characters. I would not recommend this movie unless someone really likes the stars who acted in it.

I enjoyed the movie. Two of my favorite actors, Pacino and Hopkins are at their best. Lots of action and keeps you on your toes as to who is "stabbing who in the back" as the movie progresses. Very enjoyable!

While I was waiting for a service to be performed, I browsed thru the DVD selection. Hadn't seen this before. Pretty good plot with some dang good actors. I liked it.

A twisted plot of misconduct for which all the movie characters are guilty. They have all committed misconduct in egregious ways that have caused harm to others.

This film is well acted with a unbelievable story of the how people who were to be trusted turn out to be as greedy as the thieves they were to be stopping

I saw the powerful cast and thought this was a promising DVD. A cast of this caliber needs material to work with and it's debatable if their talents were well served. I thought Al Pacino's effort to affect a southern accent was weak, but (aside from that) we observe the result of a man's weakness or misjudgment, and other men's abuse of power and resources. I'd recommend it with reservation (i.e., don't expect too much).

I LOVE Al Pacino and Anthony Hopkins! I want to collect all of their movies and this one is a wonderful find at a great price. Best Buy always offers the optimal value and savings on movies like these as well as other items. I really enjoy watching these movies and this one's a keeper...action and drama in one.

This is an exciting movie. Great story and great actors. Full of suspense and a great twist.

Any movie, with Anthony Hopkins and Al Pacino, together should be a good movie.

Really enjoyed this movie. Lots of suspense and the ending was great. I'm surprised at all the bad reviews on this movie. I really enjoyed it. I love Al Pacino and Anthony Hopkins. I do have to say that Hopkins wasn't in most of the movie and his part really didn't get developed nearly as much as it should have, however in spite of that, I still enjoyed the movie. I watched this with my husband and mother-in-law who both agree that it's a good movie and well worth the time to watch.

You had clues about the ending but were surprised at the audacity of the bad guy.

Definitely a nail biter, but I expected a lot more drama especially having 2 great actors in Al Pachino and Anthony Hopkins.
