Ease to use, works good for beginners is perfect, sleep mode is some what accurate.

I bought this product one month ago. It tracks steps well and syncs to heathkit on the iPhone. I like the fact that the deep mode starts automatically and seems very accurate. I recommend this product.

I absolutely loved the Shine, but I lost it 4 times over the course of the short time I owned it. The supplied band did not secure the Shine at all. A better band should be supplied in the price. Returned it and bought a Pebble for the same price!

I have this one since you can swim with it. I love the look and the app.

The Shine does what it claims. It does not have a lot of fluff, tracking only steps and sleep patterns. The band is not secure. Be careful when wearing, the Shine tends to fall out, 4 times so far for me. Misfit sent me a new band, same problem

It's a good thing to use to help keep track of how much you exercise.

Only complaint is that the tracker falls out of the band sometimes.

I like how it tracks walking, running, bike riding and swimming.

This was a great deal and works wonderfully for me. This holds up to a lot of banging around. The misfit shine is awesome for keeping track of your activity throughout a day. Since getting this I have been more conscience of making sure I stay active. It has been very helpful.

My wife has gone through 3 of these and loves them. First one she wanted a different color so i got it. Second one got slammed in a car door and damged and was replaced because of geek squad protection. (always get it!)

I had the jawbone and loved all the features. I hated how bulky it was and it got a little wet while washing my hands and the whole thing stopped working. I exchanged it for the misfit shine and love the slim line style as well as the simplicity of use. I wish it tracked more activities like the jawbone did, but I like it a lot and love that it is waterproof. I have stopped wearing a watch because I just had too many things on my wrist. The clock feature works ok, but it is a little annoying because you can't just glance at your watch and see the time. you have to wait for it to flash the lights to indicate the time.

Like it allot, especially being able to use when swimming.

I am an avid swimmer, and thought it would be useful to get a watch that could track my fitness in the pool. After about a week of test-driving it, I was not overly satisfied. The watch, while non-instrusive, is very inaccurate. It's also very difficult to set up and sync with my phone. It seemed to do a decent enough job on my sleeping patterns, which I will admit was really cool, but, it wasn't enough for me to keep it. I returned the Misfit, and picked up a Moto 360. I am MUCH happier.

The Misfit Shine is a wonderful product. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to keep track of their steps and sleep on a daily basis! With it I now know I am walking over 10,000 steps a day! It is easy to wear - it does not need to just be on your wrist!!

so far better than the flash better band and style

I purchased this for my wife, and she loves it. She is not a fan of wrist jewelry, so the fact that it clips onto her purse/belt/anything. They have several accessories that make it very versatile in your options to wear it. It connects to her phone allowing her to see an in depth breakdown of all her information.

First of all, it's almost impossible to understand the little lights it uses to tell time. Also, in less than a month, the little band connecting the shine to the magnet broke. I would not buy one again.

The clasp, which is two pieces, on the wrist band snapped open and lost the small part within the first week. Cannot order clasp have to order new band. Works good for general tracking of daily activity.
