So, I recently purchased this mask, I love it for a couple reasons but hate it for others.
Pros: lightweight, breathability, good fit, adjustable, looks.
Cons: this is Spandex/polyester construction, 2 ply, not good for Covid protection, front panel has cut outs in it to enhance breathability but lessons the protective aspects, price (should be around 15 or less)
This mask is okay for use where social distancing is possible but a mask is needed, not Covid friendly or effective if you need real protection in a enclosed close proximity space. Don't buy this is you want real protection. The material and design is more geared towards sports/athletic/physical work where you might be working intensive labour and need to breath. I work in a warehouse moving TVs/appliances and a normal mask is fine for breathing but gets hot and sweaty. Figured I'd try this to see how it improves my working environment. Due to the way Covid works it travels on moisture in the air so the mask will offer some protection but I'm not expecting 100% protection. If you have had covid or are vaccinated then this shouldn't be a issue.
Just use this in a way that makes sense to protect yourself and those around you.
