This very well might be best Mission Impossible yet.

If you’ve watched the rest, might as well watch this one. Good effects. But more of the same as far as story

It's not my favorite in the collection but it does keep you on the edge of your lazy boy for sure even after seeing it theaters... The digital copy is the best idea every... I can more and/or less throw the disk away... And leave my ITunes account and password in my last will and testament for generations to love and watch.... I only purchased the disk for the better sound quality in my opinion only because ever sound system is different.. However I do have Bose Speakers hooked up to a $1000 Sony receiver with 7.1 channel... so I could be more right then I know. but the HD picture no mater the disk versa the ITunes streaming is for sure the very best quality you can get as long as you have fast internet..... One day the sound will catch up and be offer in more then just 5.1 surround sound...

I really enjoyed this entry in the Mission Impossible franchise. Action packed and crazy fun!

I missed this in theaters- bought it and I think it is one of the better entries in the series.

Just finished another great installment of the Mission Impossible series and to me it's the best one yet. Tom Cruise was at the top of his game as the producer and lead in the movie and the wit between him and Simon Pegg kept you laughing. This movie kept me on the edge of my seat with its various action sequences. Glad to add this to my collection at a great price by Best Buy.

My spouse is a big Mission Impossible fan. For her to buy this movie, it must be good.

If you’re looking for the Mission Impossible series to evolve or use the team it set up at the end of Ghost Protocol, then this feels more like a detour. One which toys with the idea of exploring the psychology of Ethan Hunt, the man who doesn’t know how to give up, and the anachronism that is the IMF, but really all it wants to do is celebrate that by strapping him to a plane. The movie that emerges is a lot fun, with silly, suspenseful missions, espionage fantasy, and enough humour to poke fun at itself. Rogue Nation was perhaps an opportunity to advance the series, but nothing much changes for Ethan. It’s a ride, an often exhilarating one, but ultimately like most rides it ends exactly where it began.

Haven’t been a fan of Tom Cruise’s movies. But I’ve enjoyed all the Mission movies.

I don't know how he does it but these movies keep getting better and better!

Great action film that never gets slow or boring and keeps you hooked.

I enjoyed this installment though not quite as much as Ghost Protocol. Being a MI fan since its TV series days, I have enjoyed every MI film that Tom Cruise has produced and starred in. I didn't get to see it in the theaters so I was especially eager to add it to my DVD collection. MI films are among the types of films I like to re-watch from time to time. With so much action and intrigue, the fast pace calls out for watching multiple times. I highly recommend watching the Making Of part of the DVD, as you get an appreciation of all the amazing work they put into the film. If you are a fan of Mission Impossible, you will like this DVD!

I'll admit that I am not crazy over this franchise. I do enjoy them, but they're not my favorite. It's hard to think of a 5th film in a franchise being my favorite, but this one was. The action is amazing and the story this time is not only easier to follow (a problem I've had with past Mission films), but it's much more involving as well. It's well paced and left me wanting more. The steelbook packaging is also nice and this week the sale price is very agreeable. Pick this one up. You won't be disappointed.

Mission impossible never ceases to amaze me best one yet

I loved the first IM in 1996 and I thought the franchise took a huge nose-dive with II & III. Ghost Protocol was 'almost there' but we were all mesmerized by the airwalk down the facade of the Burj Khalifa. Tom Cruise does his own outside-of-the-airplane stunt to open the movie, and in watching the special features in how he does it just makes me respect the guy so much more that he's willing to risk his life for his craft. I'm not saying that he's a great actor, by any means, but he certainly has my respect. The special features are enough to put this one among my favorite MI movies. Welcome back, Mission: Impossible.

Love seeing Cruise continue this movie fast paced and exciting

It's just such as awesome movie (hey I'm no film critic ... ), and it was great to finally own a copy of this terrific movie. My family and I had watched it in the theater before, but we decided to get a copy owing to a coupon that Best Buy had kindly sent me. We enjoyed it at home together, once more. Everyone at home, surprisingly, is more of a fan of "Benji" than Ethan Hunt. The only sad part of the whole purchase was that a bunch of coupons in there (including for a free download of an MI movie) had expired. I took it back, but all the copies had the same problem. Oh ... well ...

It is what it is, Mission Impossible. Non-stop unexplainable escapes and ... dare I say it ... impossible circumstances to overcome for Ethan Hunt and his team. Throw in a good old motor cycle race, throw back to MI-2, with some awesome cars and cool tech with constant plot twists at the end and you've got your standard MI movie. If you're a fan of the series you probably aren't going to read this review .... but if you're not and just finding the series ..... buy all the movies. They're fun movies that you can throw in at anytime you don't know what to watch.
