    The product looks great, built sturdy and comfortable to sit in. The team that ships this (freight, not Best Buy) SUCKS! Which is why this is a 4 star instead of 5. The scheduled and reschedule my delivery 3 times amd told me multiple times they were deliverying a TV and that was what was in their manifest. After round and round with them i finally got it, and of course it was dinged in the corner, but not terrible and not worth returning and exchanging. The manager at the store in Grand Rapids, MI took care of me via a price adjustment and overall my family is happy with the purchase.
