The usb port on my lamp was just a little too short to be able to reach my bed to use my iPhone and Kindle to read my ebooks. Also, the connection connection plug that goes into to my iPhone was always breaking, from overuse I guess. I found the Modal™ - 6' Lightning-to-USB Charge-and-Sync Cable - Blue/Gray by accident and was so pleased. This cable is tightly woven and strong and on top of that, is 6 feet long! Perfect! I am thoroughly enjoying this purchase.

Had this cord for 2 years. Still going strong! Bought charging cable for two reasons, length and strong cord. Length is great. Much more substantial than other cords I have used. A small amount of fraying on the end, but still very strong substantial cord. Would buy again.

Good. Not dependable. Not a long lasting reliable charging cord. 2 Of 3 have been unboxed and with normal, appropriate use broken within a couple months. I purchased these on sale, which helps soften the disappointment.

This extended cable works GREAT. I actually bought this one to replace one that I purchased 7 years ago because my old one finally wore out. But it is so nice to have a cord that is long enough to reach from the wall outlet to your recliner chair without forcing you to sit to one side. This allows me to use my phone while it recharges at the end of the day. AND with it in an unusual color (aka pink), it allows you to keep your cord separate from someone else's that might be plugged into the same outlet. I LOVE IT!

I was hesitant to buy this product but am quite pleased with it so far. Pros: - Firm braiding, feels quality. - Length is as was listed and quite useful. - Charges my iPhone and tablet very quickly Cons: - None. I am interested in how long it will work, all cables have a set lifetime from normal wear and tear, usually fraying where the cable connects to the charging end into the phone so will keep you posted. 1 year update almost and they all work excellent with daily use. One of the ends has a loose cover, hard to explain, but it doesn’t affect the use of the product.

It’s a cable. Not much to say. The longer length is useful for when I travel and sometimes stay in hotel rooms that weren’t designed for today’s proliferation of electronics. The outside of this cable feels like it ought to last a good long time without cracking or similar. Remind me in ten years to come back and update this to verify that last comment, that is if Lightning connectors are still in use then.

This lightening to USB charge & sync cable is the best quality & best priced lightening-to-USB cable charge & sync cable that I have found! The cable is high quality, sturdy, and well made. The cable appears like it will last a long time. It is Apple certified, which is good because many cables are not Apple certified. I was so impressed with the quality of this cable that I bought an extra one to use in my car.

This cable, unlike the relatively flimsy Apple ones, keeps its shape and the connectors are much less likely to become dislodged or shorted out. The tough fabric cable also helps ensure this, and the length is very welcome especially if the outlet is farther than you'd like it to be from where you are charging it.

Got this for iphone 6s and so far so good (1 month). Great length for convenient and comfortable charging. Shorter cords tend to limit where I can place the phone when charging. This is also seems very sturdy so will hopefully not tear or suffer abrasions. Tired of replacing charging cords, so hoping this will be the last one before getting a upgraded phone. Stylish and doesn't get dirty like regular iphone cords.

The Modal brand is my personal go-to for charging cables as I am not quite as hard on my charging cords as my teens. Less expensive option for someone who isn't going to treat their cords roughly. I also like that Modal sells dual packs since charging cords seem to grow legs and walk away, at least in my house.

It is a good product for two reasons: First, the longer chord allows yo to be a distance away from an electric socket and use it while charging. Second, the lightening charging speed means you can charge it fast and are ready to go quickly with a full charge. The USB chord end is an extra that allows attaching to a computer, ciggarette charger in the car etc.

This cable is exactly what I needed. I grew so frustrated trying to use my phone while it was plugged into the standard wall charger that came with it. That manufactured supplied short cord was so aggravating to use because it kept coming out of the wall when I moved to much. I no longer have that problem. All I can say now is...why didn't I get one of these earlier!

I had bought this product before and I really liked the quality of this cable. Came back to buy another one. Really love the options for a longer cable (I bought the 6 foot one). Charges my phone fast and cable lasts longer because it is braided. The blue color is the nicest in my option but there are other color options too.

If you have an apple product you know how horrible the charging cable is. One tear and the thing breaks down and frays within a month. After going through 2 I decided to get this Modal charger. I have a smaller 3ft one I use at work but this 6 foot one is great. It’s tougher than the Apple version and charged pretty quick as well.

I previously purchased a power cord for my iPhone 8 which stopped working almost immediately. I took it back and it was within the holiday return period but the manager told me it was not reliable and replaced it with a high quality one at the sale price. He explained why he buys this type and totally took care of me. Thank you!

So far this cord works great. My last one that was same length lasted about 4 years. I like the longer cord when travelling for hotel rooms as never know where outlets are located and can reach farther without pulling your arm out of joint like shorter cords when trying to turn off alarm or set phone up for night

Finally found the right cord thought i need to order one then wait fod mail hopefully it wont get stolen. Anxiety. But you all had the cord. Thankfully. Happy

Excellent product I would recommend this cable to friends and everyone. We all need a great cord that’s long lasting and durable that will give us many years of service. Yes the cord is super strong.
