First Modal Cellphone Case

I used a Otto Commuter case on it for protection. I was able to pick up the Modal Case for the iphone se this week via Open Box selection. Its sturdy, but doesn't protect the ports at all. It feels nice in the hand. But, because I noticed the Otto Commuter being on sale for iphone se, I will exchange the Modal for it.

Useless Warranty

He had it less than 2 weeks when, while taking the case off the phone, a corner broke off. We took it back to our local BestBuy where we had purchased it to exchange it. At customer service (really?) I was told it could not be exchanged because it had a warranty. I would have to call the manufacturer. Given the phone number, I called from the car. The manufacturer told me to go to the GeekSquad to show them the product and invoke the warranty. When I went to the GeekSquad, I was curtly told the product was damaged and there was nothing they could do. I explained that it happened during normal usage. I was told they were not there and didn't see how it happened (calling me a liar?) I called the manufacturer back and they too said they could not do anything further. So now I have a broken case and am out $20. Poor product and even poorer warranty. Would NOT recommend.

Great protection for the price!

I've dropped it a handful of times and it has kept my phone in perfect shape!
