I previously owned the same Monogram Refrigerator, sans the water/ice dispenser. GE is reliable & works without repair for well over 15 years. I purchased the new Refrigerator because my Freezer was starting to frost intermittently, & I did not want to put money into the old unit. It was still however working perfectly when I changed it out. I highly recommend GE & ANY of their Refrigerators. Throughout my ownership of many homes, each has worked perfectly & looked beautiful. Thank you GE for making such WONDERFUL high quality products!!

Refrigerator is really nice unfortunately it did not fit the built-in space but would have no hesitation in ordering it again

Love my new built in side by side GE Monogram refrigerator. LED lights illuminate everything in my new refrigerator and the space inside and temp monitored drawers for vegetables and fruits are excellent. The service manager made sure we were satisfied with our purchase and recommend Best Buy for high end appliances.

Very quite, spacious on both chill and frozen sections. my wife love it. i get all the notifications in my phone since the refrigerator is wifi ready. quality is second to none

Good overall. Looks and feels exactly the same as our previous model. Cons - annoying high pitch whining noise from the vegetable fan motor whenever it's on. Might need to call for service/check.

Every thing about the purchase was good except we were not told the handels had to be ordered separately. Makes no sense and we had to wait another three weeks for the handel.

This refrigerator outshined them all for appearance, performance, Space efficient In the placement of shelves and available room. The The different temperature zones are perfect. There should be a 10 star unit. Comparing other expensive Big name brand refrigerators this Outshined them all. Herb

The delivery of the product was delayed twice at the last minute. Your sales department was not informed of all the changes that happened. Best Buy should offer a 15 % sales rebate to me for this horrible delay.

The refrigerator was delivered to local best buy. I visited best buy in person to check on progress of delivery as I had grown tired of multiple phone calls from various best buy employees without clear and precise deliver date, etc. At the store, the friendly sales people found the item in the computer and were ready to make a date to deliver when the sales person decided to go back to the storeroom to confirm product was indeed in stock. He returned to tell me that the product had been shipped out as there was no one who could deliver or install the product. We purchased same item locally from another vender. We love Best Buy but this process was absolutely ridiculous
