    Product is excellent. Complete lack of coordination between 3pl, service providers and BB design team! Despite multiple surveys d designer assurances, product did not fit into space requiring extensive modifications to cabinet space and additional unplanned costs. Do not recommend BB for design services and major appliance purchases!

    Very nice oven. Fit exactly as it should. Delivery and install was perfect. Very glad I made this purchase. I finally have the oven to match all my other Monogram appliances.

    We really like this oven. We have not used it much but so far we like the quality, ease of use and performance. We have not tried all the operations this oven can do. We are excited to know that this oven can do so many things like air fry.

    New Monogram 30" Single Convection built in Oven

    We were initially disappointed that we needed to wait 4 months to receive the oven and to have to pay in full when we ordered. However we are delighted with the new oven the installers did a great job and so far love the new features

    Software updates at the most inopportune times

    I have a love hate relationship with this oven (mostly hate). It cooks wonderfully and is built well. HOWEVER software updates are pushed out at the most inopportune moments, causing the oven to become unusable - no display, no buttons, no way to turn it on. Instead of pushing a software update at 3:00 in the morning, when you're not using it, the update is pushed when you turn it on. Really? Its always connected to the internet and its always powered. Putting in a roast for a dinner party? Oven becomes non-functional. Getting ready to pop hors d'oeuvres just as your guests arrive - bam - no oven for 10 minutes while the update runs.

    Purchased this unit along other Monogram appliances for a full kitchen expansion and remodel. Unit was delivered mid-February and installed in early March. On initial power-up the unit appeared to work fine (LCD screen worked, etc.). In early April we were back in the kitchen and ready to cook something (eating takeout on paper plates gets old after a while). The directions tell you to run the oven for a couple hours to burn off any residue from the manufacturing process before you cook in it. I started this process and it went smoothly for the first 45 minutes or so. When I came back into the kitchen the LCD controls were completely dead and the oven was no longer heating. Power was still on (the light inside still lit when I opened the door). Flipped the breaker off and back on again but no change. Called customer service and Monogram sent a tech who diagnosed a bad display panel. (Note: this tech was 3rd party vendor contracted to Monogram). New part ordered. Two-weeks later I've heard nothing, so I call - new part order was cancelled for some unknown reason. Re-order part. Two weeks later tech come out - doesn't have the part because it didn't actually arrive as scheduled (this tech didn't really seem to know anything about the case or why he's there when he arrives). Reschedule. Part arrives - same tech arrives and installs part. New part is defective according to tech. Tech shrugs and leaves. I call customer service (to her credit she was as upset as I was) who sends out factory service tech. Factory service tech reinstalls original part - LCD screen lights up and tech decides it's fixed despite my admonitions. If happens again tech says he'll come back and replace more parts. Tech leaves, Oven continues to heat. An hour later I return to the kitchen and - wait for it - the unit is entirely dead. Call customer service who schedules a factory tech back out to determine if the unit is reparable at all. I wait home - tech doesn't show, up but calls after the service window that I've waited though to say he's just going to order parts and will come back another time. No evaluation of repairability or anything. I call customer service who very nicely tells me that under warranty they can keep trying to repair it as long as they'd like and won't replace it until they deem it unrepairable. That's my story as of today (mid-June). If you decide to buy Monogram appliances, I hope yours work better than mine.   BTW - it was rather embarrassing having to explain that our new oven didn't work at the dinner party we had to show off out new kitchen.

    Terrible, Really frustrating experience.

    Didn't work out of box. 3 months and 8 service visits and it still doesn't. Replaced numerous parts. Can't fix and won't replace. You know I'm at my wits end when I start posting negative reviews hoping for some attention!!
