    Failed control screen one week after purchase

    One week after installing, control panel for the oven started to malfunction (displaying black screen). Range was installed just before xmas and we left the town for a few days. When we got back, screen was already gone black. We didn’t even use the oven once. Tried troubleshooting as per the manual as wells as directions provided by the customer service over the phone (e.g turning the breaker off and on via breaker) but no luck. Customer service scheduled service immediately, which I really appreciate, but I just can’t get over the fact that I’m dealing with this problem for a ~$7000 brand new high end range only few days after installation. One would expect that quality control on these things are flawless. Very disappointed and lost my faith in this range already.

    Awesome stove love the app and all the features it offers. I love the dual fuel feature its definitely worth it.

    Less than 1 yr, New Motherboard, service is bad!!

    We have had this range for less than a year!! It stopped working the Sunday before Thanksgiving! I called Best Buy who told me I had to call the manufacturer. Someone was able to come out on Tuesday and said that it needed 3 new parts that needed to be ordered. They setup an appointment for December 10th after the parts would be delivered. The parts were delivered around Dec. 5th. On Dec 9th we were told via AI text that 1 part was not yet delivered; however we had all the parts. This took 3 days to correct. Now, I have been waiting here for several hours and finally get a call saying the technician is over booked and they are going to have to reschedule!! Stay away from GE Repairs!!!!

    Nice Range & Oven - But missing parts and damage.

    The range and stove on this unit has been working perfectly since we received it. However, the "stove handle" was bent, the "safety bracket", and the "oven probe" were not included with the shipment. In addition the unit was not leveled (as required) to be even with out counter top. The missing items and and a new stove handle have been ordered by the Installer. So will see how long it will take for the items and the leveling.,
