I went online an did some research and found a similar item. I didn't want to wait for this item to be sent therefor I went to Best Buy. They had it and it work great!

For older flat screen monitors where the HDMI socket is mounted on the back of the set, there is a problem mounting the monitor close to the wall as the HDMI cable plug need adequate space to fit in the socket. Enter the adapter with a swivel male/female head to provide the flexibility needed. Unfortunately, while this product has a swivel head, the head is as large as the plug you are seeking to provide the room for. So, no value.

very versatile

This addition helps the angle of my port so it doesn't break from to much pressure from the HDMI cable which is not so flexible.

works great when you need a right angle connection

For some reason the TV manufacturer made it so it was almost impossible to bend the HDMI cable so it wouldn't stick out from the side of the TV.

Just the Right Fit
