I found this game very appealing from start to finish. It still has a lot to offer even with the main storyline completed. It's tough, tougher than your average video game.

It was a little difficult starting the missions, minimal directions. The music is gorgeous. The supporting characters are adorable!

Monster Hunter 3 is an extremely fun game that does have a sharp learning curve. At the beginning you will see very many images of awesome looking armors and weapons that you get use. Yet when you start the game you look like a major chump, and in order to gain that armor you must get used the game mechanics. This game is meant for the patient player looking to have some fun while killing giant monsters.

Monster hunter is always fun, but there are several aspects of the various crafting and combat systems that may put off some gamers, check youtube beginners guides before purchasing to get the hang of the many systems

This game is a great game for intense gamers only. If you like laid back easy light hearted games, this game is not for you. This game is a lot like Monster Hunter Tri but it has more content and better graphics. Be patient with this game at first and it will soon be very rewarding and fun. The multiplayer is absolutely wonderful as well as the solo part of the game. Great value considering you can log SO many hours on this game without it getting boring. Highly recommend for intense gamers! There really isn't blood so I think this game is appropriate for children for those that are wondering.

Such a long game if you don't have time on your hands do not get this game.

Excellent to play with friends in co-op mode and great graphics

I really enjoy the Monster Hunter series and especially enjoy playing with others, so if you want a game where you take down massive creatures with friends, this is the game for you...it just kind of sucks that Monster Hunter hasn't made its way to PS4 (or XB1 or PC). Also, this is a redone version of the Wii game, so don't expect something completely new if you've played MH3 on Wii.

This is my first Monster Hunter game. I enjoy the quest system that drives the game and the quirky writing. Ton of content and hours of gameplay.

Monster Hunter pretty much consists of collecting crafting materials, crafting items to help you fight giant monsters, and fighting giant monsters. There's not much story and not much else going on, but sometimes, that's all you really need out of a game. This entry looks and controls like a dream, and it's a great fit for the Wii U.

This is an amazing game for advanced players. So many monsters and so much gameplay time
