This game is geared towards multiplayer. I wished they had an offline mode for people like who only plays solo.

Collectors item as a birthday gift (ordered 2 just in case 1 came damaged which they always do with these places) shipped in a bubble mailer after I specifically asked not to. *not an ad* but ive been buying from Over9kStore on Ebay and they get all of my businesses lately for physical games, these big box stores f everything up for collectors (who they get their money from for this medium) and then get confused when we complain about our stuff getting damaged and treat us like inconveniences. You all are a shame and a sham to physical media collector's, send it in a dang box with something to keep it from moving around. PLEASE

I preordered a game from Best Buy with the expectation that it would arrive by today, as initially promised. However, I was shocked to receive an update stating that the delivery will now take an additional week. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially when I made the purchase based on the earlier delivery date. It feels like the information provided during the preorder process was misleading, and I feel let down by the lack of transparency. I understand delays can happen, but the sudden change with no prior notice or explanation feels unprofessional. I hope Best Buy takes customer communication more seriously in the future, as this experience has certainly affected my trust in their service.

The game is great but don't preorder from Best Buy. Its not guarantee to received the game on release day. My game is released on a Friday and I received mine in the mail Wednesday.

Pre-Ordered the game, game came damaged, didn't get pre order bonus, when I called support they told me they ran out of pre order codes, second time i called they told me i was not selected for the "limited amount" of pre order codes, and the third time i called they told me i will get in a week. Crazy
