True the hdmi cable cost more than the competitors but in my opinion it is well worth it. I ran my cable thru a cabinet wall, into the attic, and then down the firewall of my chimney. It was a rough ride for the cable but handled it nicely. When I put that much effort into a job I'm not going to risk saving $75 and then have to fish it thru later.

I needed a longer cable and had to pull it through my home theater channel inside the wall/ceiling. Cable pulled through without problem and has been installed and working for months now without any problems. I can't compare to cheaper alternatives, but I would recommend this cable for anyone that needs a longer connection.

Seems like a quality product and with the lifetime warranty it is definitely worth the money I am very happy with this product

This is an excellent choice when wanting a quality HDMI cable. A bit pricy but well made.

I originally purchased a cheap hdmi cable and found the picture and sound to be unclear. I went back and replace my cheap cable with this expensive product. it is well worth the money. what a difference the cables make. spare yourself the trouble and invest in the right product from the start. truly worth the extra dough!

This cable has great construction. And for being 35ft has a great HD picture.

The information offered by Sales Associate and the Geek Squad conflicted. This caused numerous trips to the store

This is for HDTV, Direct TV connections. We have yet to install the cables as we are waiting for a new TV .

My old HDMI cable was blocking 4K on the Xbox. This cable solved the problem. It's a little expensive for 35', but with the lifetime guarantee on replacement for performance and technology changes, how can you go wrong? They will replace it for free if technology leaves you behind.

I had to run the cable from the wall to the projector and it is a great, durable high quality cable. The picture on the projector looks amazing. I wasn't worried about running the cable through the wall and ceiling because of the durable jacket on the cable. Jake

BE AWARE THAT THIS CABLE HAS TO BE INSTALLED IN A SPECIFIC DIRECTION! I was sold this as part of a $10,000 package deal I made with Best Buy. I wasn't really looking for it. I'm not one to pay a lot of money for cables when less expensive alternatives achieve the same quality. That being said it works. I did install it backwards and spent hours trying to figure out why it wasn't sending a picture to my projector until this read another review explaining that the cable only works in 1 direction. Luckily (unlike another reviewer) I installed a PVC tube behind me wall to run such cables and I was able to reverse the direction. The package doesn't really tell you to be mindful of direction and I have never heard of a one direction HDMI cable until now.

Great picture when original content is high resolution. Artifacts with motion and an a hue around moving objects with low resolution content . It's the tv trying to upgrade the image . Tried multiple settings but no success . Overall image is great , still not plasma quality.

Look if you want a serious cable this is it. When you have a want for the best quality this is it. I have used others and they actually wear out. The fittings hold really tight and give you real comfort of great connection.

good cord, heavy duty construction but way to expensive

Works just as well as the Dynex $50.00 alternative. Only really needed if you need Ethernet or ARC. Not to mention the 27 Gb/s ratings are obviously ridiculous. The fastest SSD drives on the planet only claim to read at 6 Gb/s and they only reach those speeds in a lab (not in the real world). So Monster & Best Buy employees would have you believe it takes a cable 5 times faster than the fastest drives in existence just to get the data to your TV, when by the way you can download 4K HDR with just a 25 Mb/s internet connection. Remember 8 Mb/s to = 1MB/s and it takes 1000 MB/s to = just 1 Gb/s. Seems to be a little BS somewhere in the numbers to me... but it does seem to be well made...

I cannot tell the difference between this $50 cable and a $20 one.

The cable was the exact thing I needed. After talking to the sales person they led me to the equipment needed to install the projector! I couldn't be happier!

Needed a long 35' HDMI cable for my TV to cable box wasn't willing to sacrifice quality so there is only one choice for me Monster Ultra HD Black Platinum i use Monster products on all my audio and video hookups you can't go wrong
