Love these cables for my soundbar. best part is they are thin enough to hide away anywhere. the cables come with a lifetime warranty which was a main reason for purchasing them.

The ease of this using fiber optics is astounding. Plus it saves room for other component hook ups. The light on the ends make the cable very easy to plug in while in dark spaces. Can't go wrong with Monster brand!

Finally connected my Mirantz receiver to my new TV that has HDMI inputs. Yes I had an old TV and I finally upgraded to a new 4k TV. Wow the sound from this one cable is just amazing. I highly recommend!

I've purchased less expensive fiber optic cables and they were nothing but trouble. The sound would drop out forcing me to power down and reset my sound bar. Or the connector would just fall out of the back of my tv. This cable does not have any of those problems. The connector snaps in to both the soundbar and the television's optical input. Now I have no loss of sound and I don't have to fight with a cable that constantly falls out the back of my tv.

Did some research after I bought this and found out that other than the quality of the construction, there is no difference in picture quality between expensive HDMI cables and inexpensive ones. Even a former BEst Buy sales person told me the same thing.

I bought this cable to replace the one that came with my recently purchased Sennheiser RS 175 wireless headphones. Although they are GREAT headphones, I would have the occasional loss of sound. It was only for an instant, but it was annoying. Thanks to the Monster Silver FO cable, I no longer have that issue.

Quality cable from Monster. I like monster better than audioquest. I used to use cheapo comcast cables and the optical, or hdmi cables products come with. I got sick and tired of having to change the cables bc they just arent built very well. No difference in sound or picture (like some people say) I say BS. Its just a higher quality cable that will not break.

I bought this thinking I would need it. It is not necessary. I am using it for my xbox one headset. It works nicely and is long which is handy.

I have an older Yamaha sound surround system with subwoofer. I have a new Samsung curved, 3D TV. I wanted to optically connect the 2. I bought the Monster Cable connection cable. The connection to my Yamaha input is poor- loose, but so far is working. The other otic cable I had bought from Best Buy didn't fit at all! At least the Monster one does work, but the looseness leaves me disappointed. Based on this, I cannot recommend optical connections. FYI, there are 2 optical inputs on the Yamaha, the Monster cable is loose in both!
