I would highly recommend iPad Air for generation Wi-Fi. I have not had any issues since I have bought it and it’s been two years now. I didn’t write a review then because I had to test it out for as long as I thought it was right. I would like to say that Best Buy is one of my favorite stores. I love Best Buy. It’s very hard to stay away. I want to thank everyone who works for Best Buy from the highest to the lowest those will help us when we’re in store always had great customer service, as soon as I walk into the time I walk out. Thank you, Best Buy.

I am glad that I purchased apple care. I wanted the protection if it became needed. As of yet I haven’t had to use it so, that is good. Being safe is better because in the long run things may happen that goes beyond what we want. When I spend that much money on an iPad then, I need that protection.

I prefer making a small payment per month than risking warranty expiring when an expensive repair occurs. You may even qualify for a replacement device.

I bought this iPad mainly to play games 2 yrs & 3 mo ago. However, I have found that I use it for everything from eMail & zoom meetings with my High School friends, to games, internet, MS Office, reading, recipes, etc. I now cannot seem to live without it! As I’ve only ever used a laptop/computer & a flip phone, it took some getting used to as to how to do things on it. I love that it is a touch screen. I taught myself using “Hey Siri” how do I “print, save a file/photo, use the camera, etc.” on my iPad Air?”. I thought that the screen might be too small and hard to read but you can enlarge/shrink text & pictures with a 2 finger gesture. I also purchased the Magic Keyboard which I use constantly (I find it so much easier than typing on the screen itself) plus it also protects the iPad when it’s not in use. I’m 63 years old & couldn’t be happier with this item. I am thinking of upgrading to the newest model.

Everytime I go to best buy, they really are the best buy. Employees are knowledgeable, helpful, caring and energetic. Their information on staying on budget, savings for students and answers to tech questions is uncanny!

We love it because truly is a huge life saver to be able to things fixed if they break or something went wrong with it. It’s really great to have this product for our IPhones which we really love a lot. We love everything it has to offer us. Thank you so much for fit this kind of protection we have this product. The fact if the the screen cracks or like something is not working right you guys are able to mostly likely able to help us figure out the problem. Your guys a very impressive with you help people out. You guys are very kind caring people you respect and care genuinely care about your customers. Everyone is your store seem happy ready and willing to start your day. It’s feels like a family oriented atmosphere. I always enjoy coming to the store the employees work and really enjoy there jobs.

This gives me piece of mind when I use my Ipad in case of drops etc or if I need to call Apple with a question etc…really worth the price… I always include this in all my Apple purchases

While at store they offer me total tech protection which is same as Apple care and it helps me protect my other products for the same price

I haven't had to use my AppleCare yet but I am so relieved to have it in case my product has any problems. I travel with my products so knowing I am covered for two years allows me to do my work efficiently

Gives me Peace of mind having it due to having a child handling the equipment. No regrets.

What can I say? It is awesome to have Apple Care, particularly since my new M1 MacBook Air's screen has broken twice! With Apple Care, they replaced it both times at no cost.

Worth every penny! With six people in our family and so many devices, it’s been a lifesaver.

I always purchase this plan. Indefinitely, something will go wrong with any electronic product and this covers it. Very well worth the money
