    I had pro for 12 years, before that I had MacBooks and air—this one is awful. Can’t wait to trade it when paid off. Sticks and doesn’t download properly, freezes and it’s just not quality as the others.

    Auto lock feature is terrible. If you manually operate the lock the lock becomes confused if it is locked or unlocked. The auto lock setting constantly disables itself. I have to instantly recalibrate the lock three times a week and the auto lock work for another day or two and again the auto lock does not work. My near 10 year old take lock was awesome, it auto locked after 15 second period every time 100% reliable. This new lock can not be trusted to auto lock. Yale needs to change the lock to lock based on the configured timer period, not using door sense, not using whatever criteria it pitches as being more secure. Terrible. The rest of the features are great but not keeping my home secure the most important function of a lock is the whole point and a one star for me.

    I love that with apple care you dont need to hassle like other insurance companies. If it doesnt work and unser there plan they will exchange your device, or give an equivalent for exchange.
