Even if you only purchase one apple device a year it gives you the option to get your item serviced at apple or at at Best Buy with the same own warranty and replacement process. Especially if you have a iPhone, iPad, laptop or a portable device, this can end up saving you hundreds of dollars in the long run! Also, the majority of your purchases get up to two years of product protection at Best Buy (need to keep your membership active of course). This gives you piece of mind for your purchases in case you need a repair or replacement for example.

It's Apple Care. Insurance, Solid if you need it. I like the Total Plan that includes it for the family of phones, but sad that BB does not have T-mobile any more. So either you wait for used (does not include Apple Care) or the wait until after the 1-year lockout. This dramatically limits the benefit of the Total plan for iPhones. No I am not switching carriers.

What can I say about Geek Squad that is not already known they are a much worthy service and worth every penny for what is covered it is a no hassle type of coverage for whatever it is your purchase.. I would not walk out of the store without adding this to any of my products.
