So far I've not had to use it for anything, but it's always good to have incase anything ever happens to it. It was more money, but worth it just in case.! should always get it!

When my wife had a protection plan on her Windows laptop, they tech people asked questions until they got to the point where they could say the problem wasn't covered. Apple tech support asks questions until the problem is fixed.

This is very reassuring since I have nothing but Apple products. I have used the service to ask questions regarding transferring music and found it helpful and available.
