I haven't had to use the Apple Care on this MacBook but did on my previous one, and unfortunately it crashed after that warranty was expired. Hope to not need it but glad for the peace of mind that it is covered.

I took my computer MacBook Pro m2 max into multiple best buys and apple stores. In every case service was faster more accurate and honest than at the Apple Store. I’m not even sure if apple is allowed to admit they get viruses. It’s gotten to the point where I would switch to pc if it wasn’t for geek squad, a department I always thought was lame until using it. I have been an apple enthusiast and have owned 9 amcboook pros for the last 20 years as well as 8 iPhones.
