My major concern was lack of information provided at time of sale. They claim to cover repairs in house. I scheduled an appointment for repair, drive 45 minutes to Best Buy, just to be told they can't help and you have to take it to an Apple Store. So not only did I waste my day off to go to Best Buy, I feel like it could have been avoided by telling me at time of scheduling that Best Buy does not service Apple products.
