I only buy Apple products if available. I have taken out the AppleCare on all my laptops and desktops. I have only had to use the program ONE TIME in the 16 years I have been purchasing AppleCare. It was easy to use with no issues. So I would say that AppleCare is awesome, but the products are more awesome because I don't have to use the AppleCare program. But it would be my luck that the one expensive device I buy without AppleCare is the one that I will have an issue with. So given how expensive my purchases are, it is an inexpensive piece of mind, relatively speaking.

AppleCare+ gives me peace of mind as I have hardwood floors and am not always very dexterous.

My total tech membership offers me apple care at no upfront cost to me. That in itself is worth it to me. Luckily I have not had to use it, but knowing I have it gives me peace of mind.

I purchased an excellent iPad for my husband in September, 2023. The older model didn’t have everything that he wanted or needed. My first choice was a smaller iPad but one with more storage. Troy explained the differences between the models I considered. He was polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. In the end, I bought the latest largest model with additional storage and was very content with my purchase! Needless to say, my husband loves the new ipad. In fact, we went back to the store today, and Jay helped us make a good decision on an Apple Watch for our grand daughters Christmas gift. Very happy with services, and staff. They are certainly a great team in the Vestal, NY Best Buy store.

AppleCare is a must have for any product in my opinion. I’ve only had to service a couple of Apple products, and Apple really takes care of its customers.

I love having monthly AppleCare from Best Buy. It’s affordable, easy to manage, and gives me peace of mind knowing my Apple device is covered. Totally worth it for the support and protection

Including legit AppleCare with the Best Buy tech support is awesome, you always get Apple quality support or replacement without any costs (more than the tech support yearly)

I always purchase my Apple products from Best Buy so that I can get the AppleCare coverage through my Total Tech subscription. AppleCare is so much better that what you get from Verizon on a phone. Best way to go is with Bbuy and AppleCare.

Apple Care gives me peace of mind that my Apple Devices will last a couple of years, and I don’t need to pay full price for a replacement if it breaks or gets damaged.

Protection plans are worth it for us, in particular when it’s a high ticket item. Having a place to go to take care of things is also invaluable to us, which is why we are BB plan members.

Having the peace of mind of getting Apple Care for all devices purchased through my membership has been fantastic. It’s generally been cheaper for me to pay the membership fees than the individual Apple Care coverage.
