My husband uses his phone all day everyday, well almost all day. Being a truck driver, the maps options are a valuable tool. Having said that, his battery takes a huge hit. Having a care plan, is a blessing, especially when the battery is dead and all his information is stored on his phone.

I have Best Buy total care, and it includes AppleCare +. I’m very happy that it does and that you can go to Apple or geek squad to get your phone fixed, if needed.

I love the peace of mind that apple care gives me. Apple devices are such a large investment, that I wouldn’t want to pay out of pocket for a repair.

I bought this new iPhone 15, & love it! Great camera makes beautiful photos. I don’t like the fact that Apple keeps changing their charging cords. I had to buy a new one when I switched to the iPhone 13, & now that one doesn’t work for this model.

I am primarily an Android guy. I switched to the iPhone 14, but still had a Galaxy watch. I like the look of the android watches more because I prefer my smart watch look like a watch. However, the functionality of the apple watch is pretty much incomparable. If you have an iPhone and want a smart watch, look no further than the apple watch 8. The only thing I would like to see improved is battery life (but also not have to pay $800 just to get more than 1.5 days use).

AppleCare is only way to go. I have a lot of Apple devices now I would always recommend Apple.

Apple Care+ is an absolute necessity for your kids’ phones. Whether they get stolen or lost, you are covered. As a Total Tech Member, Apple Care is free! This was the best deal Best Buy and Apple ever made!

That’s why I have total tech membership, this is so useful and helpful - specially when you have a problem

Yes! BB takes care of me with the "AppleCare+" protection plan that I have elected to purchase. Not only does it cover all devices, it has a dedicated problem solving team who are qualified technicians. I would never go without this plan!!

Have had no problems when exchanging broken products.Very good to have a backup plan

Protection plans are always a Bonus. I would never purchase a higher priced item without receiving a protection plan. AppleCare is definitely an added bonus.

I like everything about this watch the size fitting the features and waste back change. Excellent for work, workouts, etc..

Apple care is a must with every Apple product! The peace of mind is priceless!

I always buy the protection on devices as it has saved me many times when the item breaks. It’s either fully covered or I pay a small deductible which is a lot cheaper than paying for a brand new one

The fact that Apple Care is free for all of my Apple devices purchase on my Best Buy account is amazing. This, alone, is well-worth the yearly membership!

Easy to use...but there is a co-pay for using it. But its comes with the membership.

I’ve used Apple Care in the past for a my iPhone repair and troubleshooting on my iPad and watch. The customer service is excellent. They call back promptly if they can’t take the call, and they are clear with their instructions if you need to send it in for service or repair. They make you feel like a valued customer.

AppleCare will always be a necessity in our house. Never know what’s going to happen to the gadgets and it’s nice to have the protection if or when needed

I have had my subscription to the bestbuy for almost two and applecare is included without paying more money for applecare they give you the same and a better option and you want to help you faster
