Normally, I don’t buy extended warranties. I don’t think they’re worth it. I’ve now changed my mind. What an apple 10 series I watch and within three weeks bang. I have smashed my new watch. Remembered I had AppleCare. Call the 800 number reported what I had happened. I was told by AppleCare people that there’s an expedited way to get one replaced. I had my new watch in less than two days I shipped the old one back in a prepaid shipping container that was sent with the new watch and that was it. The warranty was wonderful. There is a small cost associated with having to exchange the watch, but nothing compared to the price of a new watch. thank you, Apple.

Yes, I need this plan because I'm sometime rough on my devices or they accidentally get damage. D so it's just peace of mind, having this plan to protect my new group, the phone, which wasn't my new watch.Which was not very cheap

It covers all expenses when my device has issues. It’s perfect for when you have kids or know you’d likely break your devices. Definitely recommend

Why would you not? This is absolutely required if you buy an Apple. Great products always need a little update here and there, and AppleCare makes those oops moments ok. I've always worked with Apple. They are the lifeblood of technology, but I wouldn't leave the store without my beloved AppleCare.

How it still remains a secret i do not know, but buying any Apple product as a Best Buy Total Tech member always saves hundreds if dollars and eliminates the stress if there are any issues. Add to that it saves you money on the purchase of any products that Best Buy sells, extends their warranties, and if the product fails provide you with a free substitution. If the goal of the program was to make me a loyal and returning customer it has absolutely worked!!

It's good to have it, even though I haven't been able to use it because I take good care of my devices, but it's always good to have the option that if something happens, I can count on AppleCare.

I have not had to use Apple Care because my iPhone 13 and Apple Watch work perfectly . However, I have had Apple Care for my MAC desktop.AppleCare updated the operating system perfectly and helped me resolve a password issue!

Having AppleCare+ is an easy way to have peace of mind that your product will be taken care of needed, and not just by any, but apple itself. We have them on all our products.

Great value compared to the max, in my opinion. The laptop can multitask with ease and does not get hot on the bottom or have a loud cooling fan. Battery is very durable and even when using for 8 hours or so in a day it will last 2 full days before needing a charge. Would buy again.
