I did not take the monthly payment plan but did pay for the year with the option to renew for the 2nd year. This is an amazing plan; it not only covers your purchased item at the time but any time you purchase something more it adds it to your plan. How amazing is that. If I have any question or need help, they cover it. Well worth the money for added protection and repairs.

I would highly recommend getting the protection when you purchase any appliance or other electronics. It is a great way to have a peace of mind that your product will not only get repaired but also if they have to, they will replace it. It is 100% recommended and I would say that it gives you peace of mind as I mentioned before.

As promised, this Best Buy Protection program enabled me to received a credit when the laptop went on sale for Black Friday. Very easy, no hassle process. I brought the original receipt to the Customer Service desk, they verified the sale price vs. purchase price and credited my credit card.

Used the Best Buy Geek Squad to transfer all files and data from an old PC to a newly purchased one. Was included with the purchase of the best buy protection plan at no additional cost. Very effective transition to new PC, and now have protection for up to 2 years in case have any issues.

I am extremely pleased with my enrollment in Best Buy's monthly protection program! While I initially signed up just for the extended warranties, the real value is the complete peace of mind it offers. We bought the membership when we bought a laptop. They moved everything over from the old laptop to the new and ensured everything worked correctly. We also received an extended warranty by purchasing this. Also is a great backup for when things don’t work correctly. Also covers other things that we buy from Best Buy.
