This protection plan is the best. I haven't had to use it yet but having that peace of mind is what truly counts as I've had my fair share of bad experiences with appliances in this home. At the rate that its going I will have replaced every appliance. Which when I do will come from here.

This washer dryer set has been a pleasant surprise. It's been a workhorse and hasn't skipped a beat. It wasn't the brand or model I had initially chosen however (due to covid) it was what was available. I'm glad it was. I would definitely purchase again.

If you are planning to purchase 4-5 appliances, TotalTech is a great deal. Every time I called for any installation issues or changing installation dates or installer did not complete what they were supposed to do, TotalTech representative responded extremely well and re-scheduled with no hassel & no additional cost. All appliances were removed as part of the membership. This was a great deal.

Quality, durability and price are the factors of why I choose the products. Overall I ama happy with my purchase

Honestly these are better machine than I expected. For the price they do what they need to. The only complaint or I guess it really isn't even a complaint but the only thing about these is that they aren't as quiet as the others that I had. But if these last for 5 years or more I will be happy with the service that I have gotten out of them.

I love my portable washer and dryer for what i need it, for my small family fits anywhere in my house.

I returned a set and the Geek squad came and picked it up, I had unhooked everything, but they do that too! All of this at no charge with Total Tech. I had my replacement set by the end of that same week! The crew is always professional and answers any questions you may have after they set it all up!

The only real complication was that the appointment availability was more than a week out. The tech showed up and had it fixed within two hours. No parts were needed.

So far so good. They hold more than I thought they would so I’m satisfied with that. Washer lid is kind of thin so I wouldn’t recommend sitting anything too heavy on top of the washer. & the drawer to add detergent holds water at the end of each wash, different but not a big deal. Overall happy with the purchase.
