At first I was thinking how this was going to slow me down by not being able to do one wash, one dry at the same time; however, the truth is, it’s about the same amount of time. The energy it’s saving is profound. The deep lint trap is the only thing I have a challenge with. I wish they would provide a tool to actually clean the unit. I had to buy something (inexpensive) on Amazon; inexpensive, so why not include it? Otherwise, the best! So many options, the customizations and the app makes life easy with the notifications!

Called to help troubleshoot why a new GE profile washer/dryer combo that was shutting off during the wash cycle and wasn’t draining properly, instead of suggesting to check the pump filter clean out where it was clogged, they suggest a return and/or exchange. I ended up cleaning out the pump filter and remeding the issue myself.

Use the total tech on all of our purchases. It has been a great value and allows. You to extend your warranty for as long as you want.

I do the protection plan mainly for the high-end cost of items. Protection is more valuable for expensive products where a single repair could cost more than the plan itself, such as major appliances my G.E. CAFÉ for example

Best Buy protecting used to offer free installation of Dishwashers and Microwaves along with free haul away of the old appliance. Unfortunately they removed this feature.

So far this year we haven't had to us it. But it is good to buy something and not have to pay a restock fee.

This is a fantastic washer/dryer combination! It is so convenient to load your laundry once and it washes, then dries it, all in one shot. It operates on 110 volt verses 220 volt like most dryers do so you save money on your electric bill. You don't even have a dryer vent hose to route to the outside of your house, so you can place it anywhere you have water hook-ups. It can even notify you on your smart phone that your laundry is done. What more could. you ask for?

After my Samsung washer and dryer kicked the bucket I decided to go from the better South Korean brand(Samsung) to the best South Korean brand(LG) and I don’t think I will ever look back, the tower(LG) is way better then the two buildings(Samsung washer and dryer) Drake and Future say exactly the same as LG’s slogan in their song: ” Life Is Good”, and indeed it is so after purchasing this tower of triumph and TIDE(iness) It’s also as if my dogs shed even more now that I have this Empire State tower of washing and drying, so you can bet your bottom dollar that I am using it to it’s full and utmost potential, hope this review helps someone else in need of a new washer and dryer all wrapped up in a duo of softener/detergent and heat.

Whew an additional year beyond just the standard 1 year. Definitely like that deary. Additional protection for peace of mind

After using this for 6 months I think I can make an evaluation which is based on using more than 4 times a month. I love the dryer, but the washer I really don't like as much. Guess I like the old fashion way of choosing the temperature, type of laundry (white, colored) Sze of laundry etc. Also don't like having to leave the washer door open for 24 hrs to keep odors and mold build up.

We had the 2 year plan for the stacked LG laundry unit. We never had to use it because of the excellent quality of the product. But I highly recommend the peace of mind the coverage brought to us

I love the best buy protection because you can go right into the store and talk to geek squad and if they can't fix it they replace it! I do have this for the all in one washer and dryer i purchased from Best Buy, i haven't had to use it yet, but i'm sure they'll do what's right by me since i pay yearly for the total tech. I've used this protection on other products of mine i've purchased from best buy and they've always treated me well
